Its not everyone that wishes to spend all of ramadan & eid in the uk . If you are fortunate enough you will seek to escape to warmer climates , to be with family , to fast with them & ultimately celebrate eid .

If you simply want to celebrate eid in an islamic country there are holidays in muslim countries that will cater for that .

You would be able to enjoy the sound of the azaan , break fast with readily available halal food in restuarants.

I picked white tea from the menu of teas , & enjoyed with afternoon sandwiches , & pasteries in wedgwood crockery .

It tastes better in wedgwood .

If you are looking for new designs & something original sophia webber is the only shoe designer that has something different to offer.  Her shoes are elegant , colours are different to the ordinary colours that other shoe designers are doing at the moment & its not shoes you would be embarassed to be seen with & designs are different with wings .

If you are looking to move into student accomadation to further your education , maybe for certification , an mba , an ma or doctrite ,  you may not always be able to house share with like minded people .

factors to keep in mind .

1.have guest arrangements discused beforehand .
2. have bill arrangements discussed or you may find yourself forefitting the whole bill.
3. if its all girls or all boys student share accomadation you seek state that when addressding student accomadation.
4. there is some sick twisted people out there  but also some lovely people don't be afraid to check references of people before you move in together .
5. you may have a different criteria for peace & quite when seeeking student accomadation , so state that in your requirements。

we all want different things from life , for some people it may be about accumalating as many designer shoes as possible , for others it may be about traveling & the elite it been about education . you may choose to join charity organisations to help the world & hope your efforts are put to best use .

Its not the easiest thing to do , to cut out calories , especially if you have a sweet tooth .
Its easier to discipline yourself to remove additional calories in the month of ramadan when you have already disciplined yourself to not eat throughout the day.

This is probably the last blog .

Natural sugars are much easier to digest then additoonal added sugars , which can easily be avoided , much harder if you have developed a sweettooth .

Its best to save the sweets as treats for special occassions otherwise you may find you take a bit of a treat just to pile on additional calories , could have avoided the extra calorie gain and could have got something similar from a local patisserie .

It should be easier to cut out extra fat content , in foods and snacks.

Not anither calorie is the other alternative, calorie controlled preprapered menus, or liquid diet plans .

Healthy options are not easy to come by but much more is availible in terms of healthy options than was availible before .

With home, keep fit dvd's that can be incorporated into busy days , enable keepfit in the privacy of your home.

Which is why haram is haram in any quantity . Its not easy to understand the importance until the experience of time has lapsed but must take its importance as stated .

If you are planning to enjoy the flower show next year,  try to take an adult with you .

We become so desencitised by seeing so much nudity & vulgarity that we start to think its normal, which ofcourse its not, words of champions.

Untill you are actually there in person just to chat & taste the treats you won't really know whats going on .

There are two lovely female sales assistants that will help you make your choices . Great as desserts with tea or after dinner treats .

I have never experienced so much abusive behaviour in all my life , london must surely be getting more violent .

It takes, ages to get served in stores , queues are ,extortionate , staff seems to be dissapearing , you can never say too little or too much in reviews .

Its really novel , packaging is lovely , eventhough there may be few products displayed in the window, don't wait till after you have had your tea , you may find your favourites have gone . I was surprised the pink ecliar had gone .

In london one does wonder , I am glad you got rich stealing ideas , but I was really better off working in a secure environment .

When initially approached remember thats the time to make business connections .

NOT JUST SISTER STORIES .

I heard a lot of stories from my sisters when I first came to live here , it was ofcourse nor just sister stories , it was ofcourse about many people that had been wronged by other people. I wanted to help people from being exploited , sisters or not .

I have done that I have managed to make people more aware & also shared business paths & ideas .

If we & our sisters can make ourselfs stonger , empower oneanother , generally protect ourselfs from being robbed from cleaners or just general theifs on a day to day basis then it will be much more of a better world to live in .

its not actually surprising that most of the problems we face are universal , 3 out of the 5 cleaners I have jad , have turned out to be theives , the other one still stole fruit & when I saw her she said she was really hungry , I don't doubt that she was hungry , but wobdered why she just didn't ask first , but the other one was actually very christian & thats really the

 only cleaner thar I didn't have problems with .

I guess , 1/5 cleaners is the real statistics .

Ir may just be modern day problems , but exactly how modern day are ,we actually talking about.

It gets a bit more complicated when the cleaner turns out to be in family photographs of erm someone you once was once working with & I caught her trying to rob the house .

I have got my hands on something elsa , its hand creams .

Would be wondering what footwear I went for in this hot wearher , as comfirt and convenience is my main factor in my decision making process , these comfy , flip flops .

With private trainers I find they are ok gor yoning , not as useful for calorie burning , but to rigid a timetable for me , I prefer the freedom to exercuse at my convenience & leisure .

In all fairness they have exercises to target areas of the body which is really useful & efffective when you are looking to take the workout routine to the next level .
