the point I wanted to make was a women when mentally abused doesnt know what has taken place systematically over a period of time, and even if everyone is telling her she finds it difficult to believe she is being mentally abused, with the usuall expectation that things will get better and if there is a good lifestlye then people are reluctant to be sympathetic.

I was at work one day and my friend told me about her dad's sister and how she had begged her dad to take her out of her marriage, but it had been too late and she had died.

we were in the locker room and I didnt know what to say !

we woud go the gym at lunch time and try to keep fit and eat healthy and everything elsa the corporate lifestyle involves but the reality of life is hard to escape.

it was the usual story, maybe there had been some compassion at the beginning of the relationship but that seems hard to believe, he was always poor and I mostly paid for everything, once married there was no end to the greed and jealousy of the family, so naturally most people bury themselves in work to gain, some sanity, he then wanted to start his own business and eventually when he had made sure he had used all my money on the premise of starting this business he walked out of the house..

it wasnt until I went to the hairdresser and as she spoke about her own sister and said there is always another women, that the truth hit home, 

so after an almost 7 year affair within the marriage of 10 years, after having made sure he was a good person for 7 years previous to the marriage, when he casually attempted to pull her out of a hat, with the comments, I just met someone, there isnt really anything elsa to say except, oh I see !  
I had made a studio for him in the home and he would often bring back women, lock the door, so there was never the need for motel or hotel, having been pushed together in a relationship with priya, and constantly been watched by mostly the seikh people in the town whom were trying to keep these two together, so they can keep finances and promote a culture of haram, gigs, ect. then there is the drugs, the constant use of alchol and constant load music in the house. but the good times outweigh the bad times, except if there is no good times. I did suggest ending the marriage at times, he was desperate to stay together until the day my bank account was empty which I stopped refilling and realised it was time for him to go.

then ofcourse, many a vulture gathers...

but the abuse didnt stop there, he would call me say he was watching me from the window, ask the children what I was wearing, where I had been that day.

swearing at me one day nonstop in texts, I called the police and they told me to come into the station the next day and he would be prosecuted, the last thing anyone wants is the father of their children to be arrested and to be put in prison, but it would have been better, but its not a solution.

when I stopped answering his phone calls he told the children, I wouldnt let them speak to him.

and kids can do whatever they want,  they arent sure what is so wrong with that. I hope my children are older and able to understand more now, because the only reason I didnt say anything before, except to make authorities aware was to protect the children.

I know it almost seems like an almost impossible situation, but what can really be done to help the country to improve.

for people that would like to help pakistan and not just perform activities which constitute part of a game, poverty needs to be erradicated. this doesnt just mean passing your hard earned money over to charities which are more preoccupied with filling their own pockets with cash and spending charitable money on errecting buildings in the name of the organisation whilst the poor still go hungry and homeless.

of those that I have known that regularly make contributions to charities, its a very different story surprisingly when someone is on the receiving end. for people in need its very difficult for people to exact these finances.

for that reason i urge you to not pass your money to charitable organisations and personally try to hand the money or see to it that the needy get the finances.

a person with the right tools can earn a living for life, rather than feeding that person for a day.

attitude amongst asian girls

we went to hagendas in leicester square, it was a while ago and its really nice to be in central london, it was a nice warm evening and there was almost just a few people outside so we did not have to wait long and were seated really quickly.

I love going to this place and service has always been really good and the staff are really pleasant. the menu changes so its kept interesting and there are special recipes for events.

we sat and ordered and as we ate the ice creams there was a crowd that gathered outside, as it did on occasion . its a very daunting, scary and overwhelming experience for people that are not used to, or have not been familiarised to this type of behaviour. it quickly became very apparent that a crowd had gathered and were starring and giving dirty looks, "thats what girls do, my brother remarked ", maybe upto the point that you are at uni, but surely after that, that attitude and behaviour needs to stop,  and it seems to be asian girls now, more so than any other. although it is everyone at some point or other. this needs to stop, there doesnt seem to be any other group of people that bitch amongst themselves and treat one another in this way. if you dont have something positive to say then do not say anything at all.

the problem with someone presenting herself as a muslim and giving an inaccurate impression of what a muslim is, creates hostility amongst others because then everyone gets judged as that deviant impression of that which has been shown to be a muslim. you cant help but feel protective over muslim brothers and sisters, especially when they are so young, whether they are brand building, linking instaragram to dead links to be filled in later or even letting the public into their homes.

10. dont worry if someone opens the door when you have parked up at the traffic lights and peers in, says hi to x, because its just someone checking to see if you have any of his bitches in the car. keep doors locked when driving and at traffic lights.

11. funniest of saddest must be when you are doing some research or shopping for a blog, you are getting together information and you havent even been able to get the product home and spies are out and have  already written a blog and pinned it to a western celeb... in the mass media, controlled promoting.

20. when talking to the police, they said they could track any phone with two hours, maybe its quicker

22. its a sad fact hat people will try to overcharge you all the time, you may decide to pick up a takeaway on you way home and you will be told its £500, thoughts that come to mind are why not charge a round £1000.

23. schools will over attemp to overcharge and try to dismiss the fact that you have been charged at all and reluctant to admit their own error and I dont know what it is about children's lunch boxes, everyone wants to steal the children's lunch boxes.

24. watch out for the behaviour of people around you, dont be surprised if you get arrested when attempting to pick up the children from school because bitches are everywhere.

25. then there is always the possibility of being arrested at friends homes, even if you have known the friends all of your life, but the friends may not always necessarily be totally to blame and involved,  they may have been fed a few tales, but arrests can also take place in this way

26. dont talk to yourself when out and about, because someone is always lip reading you on cctv camera.

27. always reach for those sun glasses even when shopping in the evening

28. watch out for the traffic wardens which will follows and chase you, especially if you are in a new environment
