pakora recipe
Ingredients
- 250g/½lb gram flour, otherwise known as basan
- 50g/2oz self-raising flour, not needed
- ½ tsp red chili powder.
- 1 tsp garam masala, not needed
- 1 tsp tandoori masala powder (optional), available from specialist asian supermarkets.
- 1 tbsp lemon juice, makes it bitter
- 300g/10½oz potatoes, peeled and cut into small pieces.
- 300g/10½oz onions, finely chopped add with yogurt later
- add chopped coriander , delicious
- add salt to taste
