i don't recognize this spice , even if i had i don't know it & don't know how to cook with it , but it seems easy enough to add to recipes & would have to ask my mum if she has ever used it in cooking , i am sure its been in mixed bags if spices

you will see there is no crackers on my cheese board , or lettuce soup in my recipe collection , & all recipes are made with children in mind , but i didn't really understand why Moroccan couscous was included in the italian christmas dinner .
