Fruit basket for any child that missed breakfast in the morning, it should be available for everyone & the piece of fruit can be eaten whilst registration takes place so as not to be disruptive for school lessons,

Free school meals should then be available for all school children.

Its a really sad world we live in , in which people think you must be poor if you are concerned about the starving children at school, even worse of course is the people that just because themselves don't understand something thing it must  be you thats mad.

worse of course is more than stupid, people are nasty.

kids need to help themselves & focus on fundraising events, & bring to your teachers awareness that if you are starving your school needs to help do things so children get fed.
