Every website you visit is likely to have its own spyware, all you have to do to activate this on your computer is to visit the website.

cookies that are much more advanced that previously are being used to collect data from your use of your personal computers.

anti virus software is not able to detect the spy ware software

in collaboration with the location detector & viruses, & spyware they have have collected pretty much all the information they need

rest of the information is collected from looking after your shoulder,  (my baby) , thats the only sholder I need. watching what is purchased at the till & even viewing reading matter.

If you don't have a highly secure network link for when information travels across the network when for example you send an email , that information can be intercepted & stolen on the way .

vpn is one example of a secure link for sending information but I'm not sure  if this is adequate & most secure links may only be available with high speed internet links .

it may have been desired to get most people using the internet but like most things did anyone think about the security issues this implies & entails .

What is obviously of greater concern is official documents being copied , going missing or being passed into the wrong hands .

In a cream scarf was last seen at the cash point nect to asda , she is involved with documents identity theft was at the international univerdity convention in london & the cafe at the lower ground floor in oxford street of top shop few months ago sitting at the far end table with two other girls in similar cream scarfs sitting with a dark brown man . If you see her wave at you she is telling you she has just copied youre documents all facilitated with social media. Other than which the white coloured , european looking girl  was at hospitals trying to access confidential information to be later seen in asda with another dark coloured guy shouting abuse . If you are looking for records on cctv camera than I can give you the markers。

Its all on cctv .

It must all help to propell that private jet .

What you are doing is illegal & unacceptable behaviour .

HEALTHY EATING SNACKS

HEALTHY EATING SNACKS

honey dew is still a melon , if its debatable what it is , honey dew.

Water consumption of the ample , the healthy , salty crunch of the pop corn , shots of dried fruit & nuts , white sugar substitutes , & fresh fruit chunk packets .

With the only thing thats needed is the healthy meal , be it salad , grilled fish, soups , healthy curries & not to forget the light grained fibre high weetabix .

Its not difficult to recognise which are the healty foods when they come clearly calorie labelled , which is obvioulsly not done clearly enough these days .

Keep toppedup on essential mineral & vitamins without consuming in excess .

Clearly labeled it shouldn't be too difficult .

When someone is of good character, don't presume we will accept cheap substandatd products , but a bargain is still a bargain & its always good to use transferable props .

I AM COMPLETELY SELF FUNDED & INDEPENDENT. SELF MADE .

I AM COMPLETELY SELF FUNDED , INDEPENDENT & SELF MADE.

I write my own blurbs & articles , take all my own photographs, do my own market research & even devise my own recipes. I have even created many my own products .

Web designing , marketing , CEO .

I am my own stylist & my own best critic .

By the time I have got out of bed in the morning I have already written the next article , updated the photographs I have taken from the day before & ready to write the food review for the restaurants I visited earlier & other recipes , either I have cooked or foods I have tried .

Its the only way to get true opinions & accurate reviews , & real honest assessments of products. otherwise as so many other websites reviews are biased to market products of poor quality .

Successful business women are often met with much jealousy, resentment & negativity especially from male counterparts .

I work alone which enables more genuine , first hand straight forward , assessments & accounts , otherwise with too many cooks its easy to lose focus & direction very quickly.

I am my own boss , of course .

with the second cup of tea I am ready for the day ahead & new adventures that await.

GREAT GIFTS FOR AN EVERYDAY MOTHERES DAY

Its that time of the day , so tired ,  but still managed to compile the everyday mothers day present list .

here is where the retail world ends , maybe .

once the kids have grown up they can be very difficult to recognize.

1. order that new out of stock gucci bag

2. visit that favorite restaurant at mamounia

4.make her something yourself,

5. take her away on holiday for just the relaxing few weeks or just some quick weekend if you are pushed for time.

6. If nothing compares to mum's cooking & she doesn't really like to go out much then make her the best relaxing tea at home & turn on  f1 bahrain grand prix on for her to watch, & don't forget 2019 bahrain grand prix

MOTHERS DAY IS EVERY DAY

Its white sugar that is the problem & not coffee, too much of anything isn't good for anyone .
It doesn't come as a surprise that even brown sugar is full of nutrients . No plastic holders for cutlery or any type of holders for cutlery for that matter.

GET YOUR FACTS RIGHT

We don't celebrate mothers day , as we don't  need a specific day to show mum is loved and pampered , everyday is the day mum is loved appreciated & pampered , and that is exactly how I feel.

salmon baked, roasted curly kale, potatoes, grilled garlic & ginger.

If you don't want to cook or your culinary skills are not what they used to be then put a ready made meal in the oven.

.

SPEND YOUR MONEY WISELY

Its near the start of the year & the best time if the year to rid yourself of unwanted items & give to your favourite charity .

EVERYONE HAS TIME FOR PRESENT LISTS FOR THE RICH

and wealthy but not many people have time for the poir , new to start off , or for the new to the country .

its not surprising there doesn't exist much gratitude or apprecoatoon once thats all done & people seem only to be money motivated & still only materialistic, unless ofcourse its just to preach to others .

you can leave now , pls don't tell others to , especially those that have lived here most of their lives & others as yourselves have just imigrated here .

CHICKEN MEATBALLS & PASTA FOR ALL MY NIECES & NEPHEWS AROUND THE WORLD

CHICKEN MEATBALLS & PASTA FOR ALL MY NIECES & NEPHEWS AROUND THE WORLD.

If there is one thing that kids love to eat its meatballs. What could be better than home made pasta with meatballs. I find chicken meatballs the quickest to cook when hungry children are waiting and slightly spiced for children with grated cheese is really lovely especially on those winter days.

COATS

I have always dressed modestly,  decided to cover my head later in life and as the desire to  completely cover may come later still, but in the colder months we all need to dress much warmer.

Coats can be a valuable piece of clothing when cold freezing breezes come this way and snow is predicted in the weather forecasts.

If you love the bargains you can always find one and take a look at the cheaper choices available below.

Can you believe that there is so much available in styles known to us as trench coats. Its best for spring to summer climates, or possible with thick jumpers underneath. But if you plan to wear jumpers under your trench coat be sure to get one slightly more romy or even one size bigger than your usual size.

What an array of colourful and unusual jackets, various designs, and fabrics, won't keep out the cold or the rain!

ikea paradise of storage solutions

ikea is really the swedish solutions for storage solutions .

its as easy as standing on the balcony to hear of plans .

its really that easy, not all storage arrangements are pleasing to eye for everyone , because that personal preference is key to those storage decisions .

I HEARD YOU your plans , aspirations , ideas , its nothing I didn't already know , take the floor plans , and best fit the furniture to make best use of space .

Its not too expensive , and mostly washable and can be wiped clean, available in many countries now ikea has become for many a household name , but was always the old favourite amongst many of us .

easily replaced if damaged , and perfect for temporary accomadation or ideal convenience for more permanant residence .

I was there first , but its the last place I want to be with this cold , be sure to wrapup warm with so much flu & cold related illnesses about .

Its so easy to overdose on useless information , so stick to that tried & tesyed & try samples of anything new , before purchading to whole bottle of potions & food stuffs, once that storage problem is in the past . It must be everyday a new cosmetic or skincare product is released onto the market , you don't want to put products containg acid or thickenong agents onto the face or body. its always stated on packageing.

What I love about tge otgr stores is the restuarants, the incredible thought put into the child friendly facilities I have used numrrous times, & great ease of accessebility due to location.

http://www.herbalife be grateful & thankful for the knowledge you have been given .
