Its not even monday morning
ITS NOT EVEN MONDAY MORNING ...
Its not even monday morning and you feel as flat as a pancake.
You spent the day looking for melons and found none !
Fear not you have nothing to hide.
On a more serious note there is too much traffic passing through the local residential areas.
Road bumps need to be installed near doctors surgeries and schools
Cold air and dust often make my eyes water, but pollution levels are at an all time high, where even breathing is difficult. It did use to the case london pollution meant you would come home with a dirty nose, but thats not the only problem now.
I have never seen anything more flat in all my life, it looks like something out of a horror movie, when we are told there a.re certain restrictions that must be adhered to, I cant think of a bigger con.

NIGHTTIME ROUTINES
Nightime routines are not just for people thst think they live busy and stressful lives, they are for everyone.
Overnight beauty has been around for as long as I can remember and can never be described as just a trend and is as much a beauty routine as the morning beauty routine.
The night time beauty routine consists of richer creams and oils than those used in the daytime, so as to replenish and moisture yyour skin whilst you sleep and when the skin repairs and relaxes. Oils tend to be too rich for many but creams can be used just as effectively.
Your usual skincare range will usually cater for a night time range and its always a good idea to try that first.
Some skincare ranges seem to have got ut right whilst others seem to have not so dont be afraid to experiment.
